We do not automatically supply design proofs as this allows us to provide the fastest possible turnaround times. Your design will be adequately sized and positioned, alike the related product images.

If you would like to see a visual representation of your product before it's made, you can order a design proof by clicking the button below or you can add it at checkout. If ordered, a design proof will be emailed to you typically within a few days of ordering to the email address provided on your order.

If your product requires a design proof (ie. a wedding seating chart), it will be specified in the product details and is automatically included in the purchase of that product. You do not need to purchase an additional design proof for that product.

We advise periodically checking your emails (and junk folder) and responding promptly to avoid any additional delays to your order.

DESIGN PROOF DETAILS:

A design proof is simply for you to visualise the final concept. It does not include a high-resolution print-ready file or allow the opportunity to request design changes outside of the product design scope.

Each design proof includes 1x round of revisions. This allows you the opportunity to make minor adjustments, such as changing the colours or adjusting

the text. If you wish to alter the design outside of the design scope, it may be treated as a custom order and design fees may apply.

A design proof can be ordered either with your sign or before ordering your sign. If you order a design proof with your sign, you will be sent a digital copy for approval prior to your sign being made. If you are unsure which sign to order, you can order a design proof first to see how your sign will look with your personalisations.

3D ACRYLIC SIGNS

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Acrylic is a strong plastic but may break from force or impact. Always ensure that your sign is securely mounted. Gloss acrylic, particularly black, can easily show dust and fingerprints. Matt acrylic is much more resilient to scratches, dirt and fingerprints.

CLEANING: Wipe gently with a clean microfiber cloth, taking extra care around areas with small details or rinse with gentle running water. If further cleaning is required, small amounts of standard dish soap and Glitz Goo Remover are safe to use. Compressed air is also a great option.

*DO NOT USE ALCOHOL OR CLEANING CHEMICALS. DO NOT SOAK.

UV PRINTED SIGNS

UV ink provides a slightly raised, textured effect that can be printed on many substrates such as paper, cardboard, acrylic, metal, wood and more.

UV PRINTED SPECS:

We use premium outdoor UV light-cured inks with great weather resistance that can withstand UV light, rain and temperature shifts, and is suitable for use in salty coastal environments. Our UV ink has a UV rating of 1-3 years (varying depending on duration and strength of UV exposure). Mount your UV-printed signs indoors or in shaded areas to extend their longevity.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

UV inks are scratch-resistant but force or impact with rough surfaces or objects may damage their ink. Avoid touching the front of your sign as much as possible and always store your sign in protective packaging when not in use. Do not overtighten screws.

CLEANING: Rinse with gentle running water or wipe softly with a dry, clean microfiber cloth.

GLOSS PRINTED SIGNS

This printing method uses a heat-activated ink that is transferred to the substrate using high temperatures. This produces an ultra-vibrant and superior glossy finish.

MATERIAL SPECS:

Our gloss ink has great water and scratch resistance but is not UV stable and may fade with constant UV exposure. This product is best used indoors or in shaded areas, away from UV exposure.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Our gloss ink is infused into the aluminium using high temperatures. This product has great scratch resistance but deep scratches may remove the colour if the scratch is deep enough to pass through the coloured layer.

This product is not UV resistant and may fade over time if constantly exposed to high temperatures and UV rays. This product is best suitable for indoor use or in shaded areas away from UV light.

CLEANING: Rinse with running water or wipe gently with a clean microfiber cloth. Due to the glossy nature of the product (similar to a glossy photo), firm or excessive wiping may cause micro-scratches. Compressed air is also a great option for cleaning.

LASER TIMBER SIGNS

Our laser timber creates a stunning and unique timber finish, which is perfect for creating coastal, beachy or natural wood style signs.

MATERIAL SPECS:

We use high-quality, veneered laser timber with an MDF plywood core. This material is lightly sanded to produce a beautiful, timber look finish, with each piece containing its own unique wood grains and textures.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

This product is not waterproof and may swell on contact with water. Mount your sign indoors and away from humid rooms such as bathrooms and laundries. Our laser timber signs are suitable for temporary outdoor use, such as a birthday or wedding. Ensure to display your sign undercover to avoid any potential damage from rain.

CLEANING: Dust with a soft, clean make-up brush or compressed air.

*Take care using microfiber cloths as they may grip to the timber texture.
